| No, ClicksAGoGo is not a "get paid to" site. It is a traffic exchange. |

| Yes! Anyone from around the world may sign up for an account with us as long as you agree to and meet the requirements of our Terms Of Service |

| Can I sign up for more than one account? |
| No. You can only have one account. Signing up under yourself in an effort to obtain additional hits or commissions is considered theft. You will lose all accounts, all accumulated hits, all commissions and referrals. |

| How does it work? How do I earn hits? |
You can earn traffic in 2 ways:
1) By using your unique view-for-hits-link you´ll earn hits every time you visit another members page, providing you wait until the timer counts down and you click the correct image in the surfbar.
2) You can earn hits from your referrals. Each time they earn traffic you will earn traffic, too, for referring them. This is a comfortable way to create traffic. The more referrals you have, the more hits you will earn. You will find Referral stats in the member area.
PLEASE NOTE: ANY method of earning hits that does not involve YOU actually looking at the member sites on your startpage and personally interacting with the surfbar is a violation of our Terms Of Service |

| How do I view other sites to earn hits? |
| After you join ClicksAGoGo, activate your account and login. You will find your view-for-hits-link in the members area. Just click it and your browser will start showing you sites one at a time. After the timer counts down, select the matching image in the surfbar to verify that you have viewed the site. You will earn hits back at the rate specified for your level of membership. |

| So, is this one of those autosurf sites? |
| NO! ClicksAGogo is a Manual Traffic exchange. Our members have to personally visit other members web pages to earn hits back to their own pages. We chose to make ClicksAGoGo a manual traffic exchange because that's what works. |

| In my account area, why do I have "partial" views available? |
| Every time you or your referrals view sites, our system adds a series of partial hits which correspond to our current ratio. For example, a 3 to 1 ratio (the ratio we give to you) means that you would have to view another member's site 3 times to receive 1 credit. This translates into 0.34 hits for each site you view. So, if you view 2 sites, you would have a partial credit of .68 The amount of hits gained from your referrals is based upon the ratio listed for referrals, which would contribute to partial available hits. |

| What if I lost my password? |
| You can retrieve your passwork from the link on the login page, or Go Here Be sure that you put ClicksAGoGo in your white list or friends list. If you can't find our email, check your junk mail/spam/bulk mail folder. |

| How fast are my hits used up? |
| The time it will take to use up your hits depends on the number of members in the system daily, and the number of sites in rotation. This can vary from day to day. Normally, they will be used up at a 'just right' moderate pace. |

| What happens if I run out of available hits? |
| Once you run out of hits your page is no longer displayed. You can continue to earn more hits for free, or you can purchase them from us through one of our great advertising packages. |

| How do I know my sites get traffic? |
| If you do not trust the stats shown in your member's admin area, or if want more details, you should get some good tracking software or join a tracking program. Check out the downline builder in the member's area for some great programs. |

| Why do my own tracker stats differ from what I see in the members area? |
This occassionally occurs in all traffic exchanges. The cause could be any one of the following:
1) Your site loads too slowly and does not finish loading before the timer counts down. If this happens and the viewing member clicks to go to the next page, it may not show as a page load in your stats. Make sure you use a quick loading web page. Also, many trackers depend upon images, so if a user does not have images enabled in their browser it might not show as a hit.
2) Your tracker software is remotely hosted:
Remotely hosted trackers or counters also must load. The viewer might go to the next page before the remote tracker is loaded.
3) A visitors browser settings can affect stats. |

| How do I know when I have earned a credit for viewing someone else's page? |
| When using your view sites bar, you will see a timer counting down. When it is finished you will get a short message telling you that you have received a credit. Your total credit count for the day (in the surfbar) will go up. |

| Why do I sometimes not receive hits when I click? |
The following reasons are common:
1) Not waiting long enough for the timer to count down and refreshing the page instead.
2) You may have clicked the wrong image in the surfbar. |

| What if I see sites that break your TOS, or break out of the surfbar frame? |
| While you are visiting other members pages, you will see a Report Site link in the surfbar. If you see an offensive site, click that link to report the site. Keep in mind, not everything offensive to you is offensive to someone else, but some things are more obvious and we don't allow them: nudity, hate sites, etc. Report those for us please. |

| How come I never see my own site? |
| It´s taken for granted that you do not want to see your own site because it will cost you hits. If your member's area is showing that you are receiving hits, then other members are indeed seeing your site. |

| How do I get referrals? |
When you signed up you were sent an email that contains the link to use when referring new members to the system. You can also find that link in your members area. When someone joins, they will be automatically become your referrals and you will earn credits from their page views and commissions from their purchases.
ClicksAGoGo offers you web pages to promote, as well as text ads you can use in safelists, classifieds and email marketing.
DO NOT USE SPAM in your advertising efforts. We have a zero tolerance policy and your account will be terminated without recourse upon the first complaint!

| Can I buy more hits? How much does it cost? |
| Yes! We love our cool members who support us by purchasing advertising! you may purchase hits, banner and text impressions and upgrades in the member's area. The cost varies depending on the package you choose and what specials we are running at the time. |

| Can I change the website(s) I am advertising? |
| Yes you can. Simply log in to your account and change it to the new site, or you can delete the old and enter the new. |

| Can I advertise more than one site at a time? |
| Yes! Members may have multiple sites designated in the system. If you are one of our valued Pro members, you get to advertise even more sites at the same time. Adding more sites will get you more hits each day. |

| Oh, wow man. I can't log in. What's the gig? |
Have you activated your account? You have to click the link in your activation email.
Also, make sure that you are entering your username and password correctly. Usernames and Passwords are CaSe-sEeNSiTivE (uppercase and lowercase matter has to be entered correctly).
If you can't remember your username, you can log in with the email address you used to join. If you can't remember either of those, you're going to fit right in at ClicksAGoGo :) Just contact us with as many details as you can remember (your full name, any URLS you are promoting) and we will try to find you. |
